Before working with Jenna, I was struggling with a newly diagnosed chronic health issue and accompanying fatigue and anxiety. I felt a lot of grief for losing the healthy, active life I had previously had. I avoided talking about my health issues with others and carried all of this on my own as this big crushing weight. In working with Jenna, she helped me get to the root of my emotions around this new diagnosis, advocate for my health with my doctors, learn to ask others for support when I needed it, and let me know it was okay to feel the feelings I had. We worked on creating tools for taking care of my health and emotional health and developed a "tool belt" that I can now pick and choose from when I need help. Jenna always took the time to listen to my story and thoughts, let me process my emotions myself, and also gave me a safe space where I could ask for praise. In a few months of working together, I went from feeling like this diagnosis was a death sentence to feeling like I'm healthy and strong, which are words I would not have used to describe myself for the entire past year. I'm able to openly share about my diagnosis with others now and have made leaps and bounds with my doctors after advocating for my health. I'm still working through my emotions and grief, and probably will be for a long time, but I now feel like I have the tools I need to be able to do so. I think we all struggle in life often, and it's okay to ask for help when the techniques we've learned from previous experiences may no longer be working for some reason. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or lost, and if you're willing to work on yourself and have an open mind, Jenna can help you find a way forward.

When I started coaching with Jenna I was in a really frustrating part of my life. Everything felt so stagnant. I felt trapped at work, I was anxious all the time, I was depressed and incredibly unhappy. From our first session Jenna made me feel safe in her coaching space. She made sure I knew that I was in control of each session. She made it clear if I ever felt uncomfortable or if something wasn’t resonating with me, we could stop and change direction. The first thing Jenna taught me was to breathe, something so simple, yet so important that has helped me in more than one occasion on my own. Since working with Jenna I recognized my worth, gained valuable knowledge about myself and gained confidence in feeling vulnerable so I can grow within myself.
Jenna holds confidentiality in very high regard. Never once in my time working with Jenna did I feel uncomfortable sharing anything. I knew whatever I shared with her would be kept with her. This made me feel like our space was sacred. It made my meetings with her special and I never felt scared or stupid to try something new. Jenna also took the time pause before she would say things at times. It made me feel like she knew the impact of what her words had so she was careful in how she expressed them. This pause also helped me focus, knowing what she was about to say was important and I needed to hear it.
I was able to have the confidence to make a shift in my career. I thought I was trapped and had no options. Jenna showed me I was far from trapped. That I was valuable and deserved better.
When I was younger, I was raised to believe that working light or with energy around me was silly. However, the older I got the more I felt called to explore this world around me. Jenna taught me how everything is interconnected. She knew that for me in my profession the human connections I create are where I feel the most accomplished. However, if you have all these connections and no way to protect your own light and energy you become drained yourself. Jenna made me feel so safe exploring this with her! I found ways to protect my light, my space and my energy and even more, ways to grow it. I feel like I can do my job and live my life so much better knowing I have something that no one else can have. This is something I have for myself, that protects me, and that makes me feel happy and uplifted.
I have recommended this coaching to all my close friends and family. Jenna takes punctuality and scheduled appointments so seriously. She has always shown up for me. This made me feel so important. I feel everyone deserves to explore themselves and have tools that help them navigate this world. Jenna is so special and has such a gift with coaching that I literally share her with anyone who is struggling.

Life in general is challenging for all people. Stress happens as part of the normalcy of life. What is more variable is how much stress someone encounters at any given time and more importantly how they process, manage and move forward in periods of significant conflict. The pandemic has exacerbated the multitude of issues that make daily living difficult.
Before I worked with Jenna, I was experiencing difficulty with a few personal relationships and feeling burned out by a stressful role as a healthcare provider. Work had been shifting from something that I used to thoroughly enjoy to something that brought more strife than satisfaction. Working with Jenna has helped me divert from that path and avoid feelings of burnout. She has helped focus on the positive aspects of my role and the impact that I do possess on a daily basis. I found that even with large scale, very difficult challenges we would incorporate practical strategies for situational improvement at each session. I left each session with Jenna feeling significantly better than when we started, even in times where it felt like another task on a never-ending list. What I liked most was walking away feeling good about myself and using that positive momentum to make each moment moving forward better. Coaching is beneficial to every single person. Doing this work will make people feel more fulfilled in their professional roles and aid in avoiding burnout, particularly in a field with high risk and at a time where it seems most prevalent. Putting in the time with someone of Jenna’s level of skill and compassion, will lead me and others to being the best professionals possible.

Before my sessions with Jenna started, I had a pretty high level of life satisfaction but definitely had some core concerns that seemed to weigh on me. These issues were things that have plagued me my entire life and have always felt insurmountable. During my coaching sessions with Jenna, we have broken down these seemingly impossible hurtles into small attainable goals. Issues that I’ve carried with me for years suddenly seem manageable and the steps I need to take to conquer them are tangible, feasible, and actually enjoyable. The best part is that I truly believe these answers were somewhere inside me all along; but without Jenna’s help I don’t know if I would have ever been able to tap into them.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Jenna. She is kind, thoughtful, and fiercely passionate. It’s not every day you get to work one-on-one with someone who has truly found their calling in life. Her past life experiences and culmination of knowledge shine through in her coaching. It is as if everything in her life has brought her to this moment. She is the perfect balance of professional and friendly which makes her so easy to talk and share things I’ve never told anyone before. She makes me feel empowered and in control of every aspect of my life.
Every time I walk away from a meeting with Jenna, I have concrete goals that I can immediately start implementing in my day-to-day life. In the few short weeks that I have been working with Jenna, I have become more mindful, active, confident, optimistic, and empowered. I am celebrating myself and my victories in ways I’ve never done before. I am becoming more mindful of my thoughts, actions, and feelings. I have replaced negative thought patterns with positive mantras. I am learning to thank my body for all that it does and learning to listen when it speaks to me. Most importantly, I have learned how powerful my mind is and how I can use it to manifest my own incredible reality.
I would literally recommend Jenna’s coaching to anyone. I have seen a number of therapists and none of them have been as helpful as Jenna. She doesn’t just sit and listen to me talk about what’s wrong. She guides me through my thought process with pointed questions and challenges me to reach outside of my comfort zone. I firmly believe that anything I bring to the table can be solved with her guidance. Whenever she asks me what could make our time together better, my only answer is more time.

Before working with a nurse coach, I was struggling to find direction and define my personal goals. But our coaching sessions have been the catalyst for me to gain clarity, define my goals, and has been an invaluable support in accomplishing them. Through our coaching sessions Jenna has helped me to reframe my attitude, shift my perspective, and create real change in my life.
My experience being coached by Jenna has been incredible. She approached each session with patience, knowledge, and an ability to address each challenge with kindness and positivity. As a result of our sessions, I’ve been able to set clear, and actionable goals in several areas of well-being including; emotional, financial, spiritual, and relational. She has been an invaluable support in both helping to define these goals and take the necessary steps to reach them. Together we explored my personal values and set actionable steps on how to live out these values more fully.
I would highly recommend nurse coaching to anyone who has a desire for personal development and has a growth mindset. Our sessions together took hard work, and commitment to take small steps toward the goals we developed together. But with Jenna’s encouragement and support we found great success. Through our coaching sessions I’ve learned to practice gratitude and positivity in daily, practical ways. I’ve developed personal goals that really focus on my core values and desires. And I’ve received the guidance and support from Jenna as my nurse coach to get me there. I couldn’t be more thankful or recommend her highly enough.

Jenna has made a large impact on my life in a short amount of time. Before we started working together, I had a lot of things that I wanted to change but an inability to get started. Prior to the start of our sessions, I was asked to make a list of the things that I wanted to work on, and I honestly wondered if I would be able to get any of it done. Despite these concerns, in the course of working with Jenna over period of several weeks I have seen that I have made excellent progress on my goals – all of which required making demonstrable lifestyle changes. Perhaps the biggest change is that, rather than seeing all of this as work, she’s helped me realize that what I’m really doing is investing in myself. I can tell that the changes I’m making now have a much better chance of taking root and becoming long-term approaches to my health and wellness.
When I get overwhelmed by all the things I want to accomplish, she reminds me that I can take small steps to make it happen. When I get frustrated with the demands of perfectionism, she helps me remember that I have a support network and that I don’t have to do it all myself. And when I feel like I’m not doing enough and that I could be doing more, she reminds me of what I have done well and encourages me to keep going. She is an educator, a guide, and a positive coaching influence. With Jenna’s assistance, I’ve taken a focused approach to nutrition, increased my water intake, and have been working on mindfulness activities and achieving better sleep. I am excited to continue this journey and am looking forward to building new healthy habits for myself and my family.
